About Zachary Andrew McEntyre

Notable for his scholarship as well as his performance in the courtroom, Atlanta-based commercial litigator Zachary Andrew McEntyre focuses his practice on matters of class action defense, representing corporate clients in state and federal court. An author of multiple papers on the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, Zachary Andrew McEntyre’s work has appeared in such publications as the Defense Counsel Journal and the New York Law Journal. In addition, he has led continuing legal education seminars on class actions and CAFA, serving as a panelist for a discussion on class action ethics.

An associate attorney at King & Spalding’s Atlanta office since 2006, Mr. McEntyre has spent the past several years helping his clients navigate the complexities of class action defense and commercial litigation, from fraud to professional liability. A graduate of the Mercer University School of Law and the University of Georgia, he earned a JD and BA in history, both cum laude, from these respective institutions.
